This hotel was perfect for my stay. From the lovely decor details to being the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at for such a low rate, it truly exceeded my expectations. The unbeatable location and great value for the low rate made my experience comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel was a mixed experience: the rooms were stinky and very ugly, with unexpected finds like hair and a condom in the toilet, but the service was helpful and friendly. The location was very good, away from the noisy clubs and bars, yet close to key spots in the city. The dining options were lacking variety, with the same meal offered daily, but the facilities were acceptable for a basic stay.
The hotel's rooms are very comfortable and spacious, although the place's infrastructure is a bit outdated. The presence of a fan on the wall was a nice touch. The service was helpful, especially when my friend needed access to the room. The location is a plus, being very close to the bus terminal, shops, and ferry to Cozumel.
